File Proof of Service at Court
Once the documents have been successfully served, we will provide you with court-compliant proof of service. Depending on your requirements and the type of document served, this may be in the form of a Certificate of Service, Statement of Service or Affidavit of Service.
Once you have received the Proof of Service, you should retain it for your records and file it with the Court where necessary. As independent Process Servers, we provide the documentation to you, but do not submit it to the Court on your behalf.
